Day 1 Arrival at Trivandrum in morning & drive to Varkala
Our representative will welcome you on arrival at the airport. Drive to Varkala; upon arrival you will check in at hotel and relax. Thereafter you are free at leisure or relax on beach side (no vehicle). Overnight in Varkala

Day 2 Varkala
After breakfast you are at leisure (no vehicle). Relax on beach side.

Situated in South Kerala at North end boarder of Trivandrum District, Varkala is an amazing seaside resort and spa. It is also an important Hindu centre of pilgrimage.The final resting place of the great social reformer, Sree Narayana Guru, is near Varkala, atop a hill called Sivagiri. High cliffs with mineral springs rise majestically from the coastline. this beautiful beach destination is been ranked as one of the 10 top seasonal beaches in the world by Discovery channel. As a famous tourism destination, Varkala is filled with various Hotels,Resorts,Homestays and Restaurants

Day 3 Varkala
After breakfast you are at leisure (no vehicle). Relax on beach side. Overnight in Varkala

Day 4 Varkala-Alleppey (119kms; 2-3hrs drive approx.)
After breakfast you will proceed to Alleppey backwaters; upon arrival at noon you will check in at a houseboat and undertake a backwater cruise on houseboat; meals on board. Kerala houseboat is an amazing experience to see the backwater life...Alleppey- "Venice of the East" has a large network of canals that meander through the town and surrounding villages… the Snake Boat Race held every year in August in the backwaters is a major attraction. An enchanting glide in a "Kettuvallam" (Houseboat) takes you through palm fringed narrow canals, winding through the vast expanse of paddy fields and tiny hamlets. Flocks of ducks swimming around the banks and tiny birds flying across the sky share the backwaters with country boats of various types … carrying passengers from all walks of Kerala's rural life ranging from the milkman and newspaper boy to local politicians, priests and wedding parties.

You will have the day cruise from Alleppey towards Kumarakom; overnight at a house boat.

Day 5 Kumarakom-Varkala (129kms; 3hrs drive approx.)
After breakfast you will disembark houseboat in Kumarakom jetty point and then proceed for a visit to Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary.

Today, enjoy a walk inside the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Kumarakom is a cluster of little islands on Vembanad Lake, which is home to the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. An ornithologist's paradise, the sanctuary is spread across 14 acres, and is the favourite haunt of local birds like Waterfowl, Cuckoo, Owls, Egrets, Herons, Water Ducks, Parrots, Teal, Larks, Flycatchers and Wood Beetle. The Island of Pathiramanal ( meaning Sands of night), with its lush acres of wooded land, attracts a variety of migratory birds that flock in thousands, some from the Himalayas, some even from as far as Siberia… including the Siberian Crane.

Thereafter you will drive to Varkala, check in your beach resort and relax. Overnight in Varkala.

Day 6 Kumarakom-Varkala (129kms; 3hrs drive approx.)
After breakfast you are at leisure (no vehicle). Relax on beach side. Overnight in Varkala

Day 7 Varkala
After breakfast you are at leisure (no vehicle). Relax on beach side. Overnight in Varkala

Day 8 Varkala
After breakfast you are at leisure (no vehicle). Relax on beach side. Overnight in Varkala

Day 9 Varkala
After breakfast you are at leisure (no vehicle). Relax on beach side. Overnight in Varkala

Day 10 Varkala-Trivandrum (49kms; 1hr drive approx.) & fly out
After breakfast you are at leisure. Later at noon you will be given transfer to airport to board flight for onward journey. Tour ends here and we wish you safe, happy journey back to your home.
